Returns & Exchanges
How do I place a return or exchange?
We're sorry you didn't love your The Perdepo Item. Please reach out to contact@theperdepo.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.
Help! I can’t find my return slip.
Don’t worry—theperdepo packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to contact@theperdepo.com and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.
What’s your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 90 days of receiving the order.
To place a return, or if you are having trouble making a return within the 90-day time frame, please reach out to contact@theperdepo.com.
Order #PD must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.
The buyer will be responsible for paying for his shipping costs for returning his item(s) in case of buyer’s remorse. If you receive something wrong from our end, we will provide a free return label to you.
How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 2-5 business days to appear on your statement.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at contact@theperdepo.com and we’ll be sure to get you The Perdepo you ordered!
What’s your return process if I’m not happy with the product?
Yes, within 90 days after receiving your package. Here are your packing instructions:
Securely pack the items in a box.
Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
Use the address listed and affix the appropriate amount of postage.
Ship package from the nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.

Please note! If you have received a faulty product, it is important that you send an e-mail to contact@theperdepo.com before returning your order.
We will then be able to help you with the returns procedure and find an appropriate solution.
NOTE: If your order has not been purchased via www.theperdepo.com the return policy applied to the shop where you did purchase the product.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
- Exchanges are also accepted if you wish to replace your item.
- Items must be in new condition and unused to be eligible for return.

- By Mail – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- A return label will be provided, but the cost will be deducted from the refund.
- No restocking fees apply.
Refund Processing
- Once we receive your returned item, refunds will be processed within 2 days To 5 Days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exceptions
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return.
- Final sale or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.
