How to choose your size

Choose the size that matches your usual UK or US shoe size. For extra accuracy, remove your current insole and measure it from heel to toe, then compare it with the Insole Length above.

Quantity

A full length pair of arch support insoles, built to size rather than trimmed to fit, with a raised EVA arch shell, a U shaped heel cup and a textured pad under the heel and under the ball of the foot.

A shape built around the arch

The base is EVA foam, moulded into a raised arch shell along the inside edge. The arch height is 3.5cm on every size, from the smallest pair to the largest, so the shape underfoot stays the same as the size goes up.

A heel cup that holds the heel in place

The heel sits inside a U shaped cup moulded into the EVA base, about 15mm deep, rather than resting flat. A round textured pad is set into the middle of it for a bit of give under the heel, and the heel end of the insole measures 1cm thick.

A pad under the heel and the ball of the foot

The same textured pad reappears under the forefoot as a larger shaped panel, sitting where the pressure from a step lands first. Both pads are a shade apart from the surrounding EVA, so they stay easy to see even after some wear, and the forefoot end stays a slim 0.5cm thick.

Breathable top, moulded base

The top of these shoe insoles is a woven knit fabric rather than solid rubber, so air can move through it. The underside stays moulded EVA, with a sidewall trim running around the edge of the whole insole and a ribbed section under the arch.

Six sizes, three colours

Six sizes, 35-36 through to 45-46, in green, pink or blue. Each pair is built to its own length, from 23.9cm on the smallest up to 28.9cm on the largest, rather than cut down from one universal sheet, so the heel cup and the arch shell sit in the right place for the shoe size they are made for. The size guide lists the length, forefoot width and thickness of every size.

Fitting them inside the shoe

These insoles go inside the shoe, under the foot and out of sight. Lift out the shoe's own insole first if the fit is snug, drop this pair in fabric side up, heel end first, then press the forefoot flat. Nothing to cut and no tools needed.
